Conditions Of Warranty :-

1. All DREAM MAKER MATTRESS DESIGN mattresses carry a 10 years warranty against manufacturing defect and faulty materials.
2. Normal body impressions are founded on the quilted surface is a normal occurrence as the quality filing layers conform to your body contour over the year. These body impressions are not considered manufacturing defect.
3. The company reserves the right to refuse services the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or the product failure is due to cause others defective in workmanship or materials.
4. Due to the thicken of the mattress ticking, a slightly sunk of 3cm on the top of the mattress Is excluding in our warranty against inner material defective and manufacturing faults.
5. DREAM MAKER MATTRESS DESIGN shall not be responsible for any alternation or repair on the mattress done outside its factory.
6. Transportation and services cost shall be borne by purchaser.

Warranty Cover The Following :-

1. Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through fabric.
2. Sagging or body impression of more than 3cm (Valid provided the mattress is supported under matching foundation of full base)
